Physical Products
For physical (printed) journals and shipped items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Final Sale Items
Digital products and any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@fourfoldverdancy.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
